Joy Erickson

Joy comes to us with a Master's Degree in Biology from Yale University. A long time horse lover, owner, and rider, Joy's passion is her Icelandic horses, Solbjort and Rigning, and studying dressage on two of our beloved schoolmasters, Molly and Maestro. Her passion for dressage lead her to take her daughter, Amy, to the 2012 London Olympics to watch all of the dressage and show jumping competitions. She has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the dressage riding and breeding programs at the BEC. In late 2015, Joy took over as Personnel Manager and is in charge of organizing the Working Student Program.
